Protocol Updates: Notifications when new lab data is ready for review.

Strict Chain of Custody: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will never be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease our patient lists or phone data. Your data stays within the Institute's secure perimeter.

04 Forensic Data Security

We utilize military-grade encryption standards for all data transmission. Your clinical records are stored in Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Your payment data is processed via Stripe using PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. While we employ rigorous defenses, you acknowledge that no digital transmission is mathematically 100% impenetrable.

05 Protocol Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Protocol to reflect changes in medical law, carrier regulations, or operational security. Significant changes will be communicated via the secure terminal.
