Refund Protocol

The Metabolic Outlaw Institute provides forensic diagnostic services and high-resolution biometric surveillance. Because our protocols involve the immediate allocation of clinical resources, we adhere to a strict refund protocol.

By initiating a Case Filing or purchasing a diagnostic tier, you acknowledge that you are securing professional physician time and laboratory resources.

01 Biological Evaluation ($497)

The Filing Fee: The $497 fee covers the physician order, lab coordination, and the forensic synthesis of your data.

• Pre-Generation: If a refund is requested before a lab order has been generated and transmitted to the courier, a refund may be issued minus a $50 administrative processing fee.
• Post-Generation: Once the lab order has been transmitted to Rupa Health/Quest or the client has accessed the Practice Better intake portal, the $497 fee is 100% non-refundable.

02 The 30-Day Biometric Audit ($2,997)

As a restricted-tier program with limited clinical capacity, the Audit involves significant upfront logistics.

• Hardware Allocation: Once any biometric hardware (Squegg, Renpho, Oura Sizing Kits) has been shipped, the value of that hardware plus shipping is non-refundable.
• Protocol Initiation: Once the 30-day surveillance period begins or the baseline data ingestion is active, no refunds will be granted.

03 Digital Assets & Quickstart Guides ($97)

Because digital products (such as the Metabolic Quickstart) provide immediate access to intellectual property and the Phase 0: Signal Interruption protocol, all digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital-only assets.

04 Chargeback & Dispute Protocol

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized chargebacks. If a dispute is initiated through a financial institution before attempting to resolve the matter via our administrative team, your clinical case file will be permanently terminated, and you will be barred from all future Institute protocols.
