By accessing the Metabolic Outlaw Institute digital terminals or engaging in our clinical evaluations, you are entering into a binding agreement to adhere to these terms.

These terms govern all Forensic Audits, Biological Evaluations, and high-resolution surveillance protocols managed by the Institute.

01 Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

No Physician-Patient Relationship: Use of this website, or the purchase of a Biological Evaluation ($497), does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Such a relationship is only established upon the completion of a full clinical intake within the Practice Better portal and the mutual signing of a clinical engagement agreement.

Information Only: All content, biometric interpretations, and data transcripts are for informational purposes. They are intended to provide metabolic forensics and are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

02 Service Hierarchy & Prerequisites

Access to our advanced programs is governed by a strict diagnostic hierarchy:

Biological Evaluation: The non-negotiable gateway. It includes a 34-marker blood panel and a 10-minute Strategy Review. It does not guarantee admission into advanced tiers.
30-Day Biometric Audit: A restricted-tier surveillance protocol. Admission is by invitation only and is based on the results of the Biological Evaluation.
Black Box Logistics: Any hardware provided (Dynamometers, Scales, etc.) remains your property upon purchase, but the data generated remains a part of the clinical case file.

03 Financial Protocols & Refunds

The Evaluation Fee: The $497 Case Filing Fee is for the procurement of lab orders and physician synthesis of data. Once the lab order has been generated and transmitted to the courier, this fee is non-refundable.

Payment Integrity: All payments are processed via secure, encrypted terminals (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate financial information and acknowledge that unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination from all Institute protocols.

04 Communication Directives (SMS)

By engaging with our terminals, you provide express consent to receive operational communications via SMS and MMS.

Operational Priority: Messages are limited to appointment reminders, data alerts, and clinical verdicts.
Zero-Share Policy: We do not share your mobile data with third parties. Your opt-in remains within the Institute.
Termination: Reply "STOP" at any time to sever the communication bridge. Reply "HELP" for administrative support.

05 Proprietary Intelligence

All protocols, including the Phase 0: Signal Interruption and the 5 Red Flag Matrix, are the intellectual property of the Metabolic Outlaw Institute. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or distribution of our clinical logic is a violation of these terms and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

06 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your engagement with the Institute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Austin, TX.
